Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. By confirming a booking, guests agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment Policy
- The booking is confirmed only upon 100% advance payment.
- A valid government ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- A refundable security deposit ranging between ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 (depending on the villa) is required prior to check-in.
- The security deposit will be refunded after checkout, subject to property inspection.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Capacity Policy
- Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking are allowed on the property.
- Maximum occupancy must be strictly adhered to.
- Extra guests (if permitted) will be charged additionally.
- Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.
4. Villa Usage Guidelines
- The villa is intended for private and respectful use only.
- Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and handle all property items with care.
- Any damage to furniture, fixtures, or amenities will be chargeable.
5. Swimming Pool Policy
- Pool usage is at guests’ own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Guests are kindly requested to maintain pool hygiene at all times.
- Consumption of food or beverages inside the swimming pool is not permitted. A cleaning charge of ₹5,000 will be applicable in case of any such usage.
- No glass items or hazardous objects near the pool area.
6. Music & Noise Policy
- Music is allowed only until 9:00 PM in compliance with local regulations.
- Loud music, DJs, and party setups are strictly not permitted.
- Guests are requested to respect the neighborhood and maintain decorum.
7. Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
- A pet fee of ₹1,500 per pet per night will be applicable.
- Pets are:
- Not allowed on beds or furniture.
- Not allowed inside the swimming pool.
- Guests must carry their pet’s bedding, food, and essentials.
- Any damages or hygiene issues caused by pets will be chargeable.
8. Food & Kitchen Policy
- The villa is equipped with a functional kitchen for guest use.
- We do not provide in-house chef services unless specifically agreed.
- Guests may order food online or arrange external catering.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
9. Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Strictly no cancellations are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
- Date changes:
- Subject to availability and management approval.
- A minimum surcharge of 20% will be applicable for any rescheduling.
10. Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Charges will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
- Zyara Hospitality is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
11. Safety & Responsibility
- Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and that of their accompanying members.
- Zyara Hospitality shall not be held responsible for any loss of life, injury, or accidents occurring on the premises under any circumstances.
- Guests are strongly advised to:
- Supervise children at all times.
- Avoid roaming unattended in or around the property.
- Not enter restricted or unauthorized areas.
12. Not Allowed
- Overcrowding beyond confirmed guest count
- Loud parties or events
- DJs and heavy sound systems
- Smoking inside indoor areas (if applicable)
- Illegal substances or activities
- Pool misuse or unsafe behavior
- Unauthorized decorations causing damage
- Firecrackers or hazardous items
13. Event & Gathering Policy
- Small gatherings may be allowed only with prior approval.
- Additional charges may apply.
- Event details must be disclosed at the time of booking.
14. Power & Utilities
- Power backup (if available) is limited to essential usage.
- Guests are requested to use electricity and water responsibly.
15. Right to Admission
- Zyara Hospitality reserves the right to deny entry or cancel a booking in case of policy violations or inappropriate conduct.
